East Kimberley College, one of the largest K-12 schools in Western Australia with about 1,100 students, has the state’s highest enrolment of Aboriginal students, comprising nearly 52% of our student body.
We provide the same opportunities as a metropolitan school while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of a rural community. Our goal is to ensure all students, regardless of ability or learning style, reach their full potential in a positive, supportive environment. We foster individual interests, encourage active learning, and help students apply their knowledge to real-life situations.
With high expectations and a strong focus on quality education, we deliver challenging, needs-driven programs in a happy, welcoming space. Positive behaviour is fundamental to success, and our ethos, “Seek, Strive, Believe, Achieve,” drives our values. Community trust is central to our reputation as the school of choice, where academic, social, and emotional growth are key priorities.
